Instrument For Nondestructive Testing By Eddy Current Method Type WIROTEST 04

Wirotest 04 is intended to be used on laboratory, in manufacturing and maintenance testing and evaluation. Wirotest 04 is employed for: 1) detection of flaw and crack; 2) materials properties/hardness sorting; 3) damage evaluation; 4) surface and bolt hole inspection; 5) testing of surface hardening depth; 6) control of effects by shot peening; 7) testing of stress corrosion cracking; 8) estimation of value and direction of stresses (for ferromagnetics only);
For quantitative estimation of stresses values it is necessary to determine changes of Wirotest signal amplitude in function of real stresses of standard samples (stressing by the WNR machine). Testing of surface layers after thermochemical treatments such as carburising, carbonitriding, nitriding, nitro-passivation etc. is also possible.

Instrument For Nondestructive Testing By Eddy Current Method Type WIROTEST 301

Wirotest 301 (portable) is intended to be used on laboratory, in manufacturing and maintenance testing and evaluation. Manual inspection, beginning with the high frequency crack detection to the low-frequency detection of other defects is possible.
Wirotest 301 is employed for: 1) detection of flaw and crack; 2) materials properties/hardness sorting; 3) damage evaluation; 4) surface and bolt hole inspection; 5) testing of surface hardening depth; 6) control of effects by shot peening; 7) estimation of value and direction of stresses (for ferromagnetics only).
Testing of surface layers after thermochemical treatments such as carburising, carbonitriding, nitriding, nitro-passivation etc. is also possible.

Wirotest 300 is employed for: 1) detection of flaw and crack; 2) materials properties/hardness sorting; 3) damage evaluation; 4) surface and bolt hole inspection; 5) testing of surface hardening depth; 6) control of effects by shot peening; 7) testing of stress corrosion cracking.
Testing of surface layers after thermochemical treatments such as carburising, carbonitriding, nitriding, nitro-passivation etc. is also possible.
