Heat Treatment Centre is the first at the home market professional hardening plant, which carries-out high-specialized/on a mass scale services, with support of it's own technologies, equipment and personnel (30-years of professional experience).

Heat Treatment Centre performs the following services of heat/thermo-chemical treatments:

• Quenching and tempering in protective atmospheres vacuum or fluidized-bed;
• Carbonizing and carbonitriding with hardening and tempering in carbonizing and protective atmospheres, also in fluidized bed;
• Glow-discharge, fluidized-bed and gas nitriding;
• Nitrooxidation and oxidation in steam;
• Normalizing, soft, stress relief and recrystallization annealing in protective atmospheres, vacuum or fluidized-bed;
• Fluxless soldering in vacuum;
• Cold treatment, also with connection of other heat and thermo-chemical treatments;
• Deep cold treatment (cryogenic treatment).

If our Customer wishes so, we enclose quality certificate or report with process parameters to each treated batch.
