Heat Treatment Department, besides its typical commercial services activity, offers you the possibility of a cooperation in a range of carried-out by the Department research and development works, connected with implementation of developed technologies. In a last year our Department has realized about 100 implementation works of the developed technologies of the heat and thermo-chemical treatments.
During year 2005, within the schedule of carried-out projects, our Department has developed and implemented technologies with equipment in a few domestic big industrial plants.
Examples of implemented technologies and equipment:
Stand for gas nitrooxidation of cutting tools, with technology.
Development of technology and run of production of high quality fine nickel plated steel and brazen wires.
Development and implementation of technology with specialistic equipment for heat and thermo-chemical treatment of fuse elements and artillery ammunition.
Equipment for nitriding under glow discharge conditions of bucket valves.
